FunTwist Warranty Terms |

Product warranty period is calculated from the purchasing date. Please provide a proof of your purchasing date when requesting warranty services. FunTwist Technology ensure that all products are fully tested, and in line with the specifications. If the products are used in a normal way and environment, in the warranty period, the failure resulting from processing or raw materials will be considered our responsibility. FunTwist Technology will repair the product for free or replace a same level product when those kinds of failures occur. When purchasing FunTwist products, please fill in the exact purchasing date and model names, and check if the warranty card has been signed by the dealers. Also, please do not tear the warranty sticker up, or else the warranty will be invalid. When the product is beyond the warranty period or warranty does not apply to the situation (please refer to the "Restrictive Terms"), the repair and replacement service will be charged. |

Battery Life Instruction |

Rechargeable lithium battery can be charged more than 500 times. (From 2.5 volts to 4.2 volts, 1.5 times the capacity of the battery charge current). Lithium batteries have no memory effects, do not wait until the power is out but to charge regularly. This is to avoid low-voltage conditions, which will shorten the battery life. On the other hand, the number of charging more than the standard will help to extend the battery life. In the normal use of lithium battery, the recession is very normal. |
